Guidelines

• As a reference, provide a low res PDF that matches artwork submitted.
  If PDF does not match artwork submitted, client will be contacted before proceeding.
• To ensure best resolution, build files at 300dpi at 50% of actual size.
• Artwork proportions must match the desired final size.
• Supported applications: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress.
• Create artwork in CMYK, not RGB.
• Supply source files along with all linked files/imports.
• If using Illustrator, outline fonts. If not using Illustrator, please supply fonts.
• Only send files needed to produce the job.
• Submit files in appropriate file formats:
  Vector Art: Native file format (AI) or editable EPS file.
  Raster Art: Native file format (PSD) or TIFF (do not submit JPEGs, GIFs, or PICTs).
• To ensure accurate color matching, specify Pantone (PMS) colors. When Pantone color
  equivalents are not available, proofs are strongly recommended to review colors.
• When designing graphic murals that require tiling, consider how tiling will affect the artwork.

Turnarounds

• Normal turnaround is 3-4 business days, depending on production schedule.
  If color matching is required, please add 1-2 business days, pending client approvals.
• For faster than normal turnarounds rush charges may be applied, depending on
  production schedule.
